Hacienda De La Cholla has beautiful nighttime views in addition to the daytime views of the Catalina and Tortolita mountains.

The nearby Pima Air Museum is one of most renowned air museums in the United States, with actual planes to look at, showing the various aircraft advancements of flight throughout the amazing history of aviation.  From Wilbur and Orville Wright’s inaugural flight to the present day space travels.  On display are millions of dollars worth of artifacts and memorabilia from World Wars I and II.  Artifacts, pictures, and planes from England, Russia, Germany, and the United States.  If you love flying, you will want to spend at least two days viewing this remarkably well organized and maintained historic aircraft facility.

The Tucson area itself is an outdoor paradise.  Men, women, and children all find the never-ending sunshine and moderate change in climate addictive to their active lifestyles.  Private and public golf courses abound throughout the Tucson area.  Year round tennis, hiking, horseback riding, swimming, hunting, ballooning, archery.  Virtually something for everyone including education, with Pima Community Junior College and the University of Arizona just a 20 to 30 minute driving commute away.
